FAQ'S

Are you open to the public?

Yes! Anyone can come into our showrooms and/or sales counters. No need to be a licensed contractor or trade professional, although there are a few items we can not sell to the public (A/C units and well pumps to name a couple). We look forward to serving you!

How can I setup an account?

We’d love to see you stop by and pick up an application while you’re buying supplies, but we
know that isn’t always the case. Please find the “credit application” tab on the top of your screen and download/print our business application or personal application (whichever applies). From there you can fax it to the number provided OR you can email it to our credit manager Henry Henderson at hhenderson@lewis-smithsupply.com . We look forward to doing business with you!

Do you offer installation services?

We do not have installers, but we would be happy to provide you with a list of licensed and
experienced contractors and/or plumbers in your area that are well equipped to take care of your needs.

Are appointments required to visit your showrooms?

Appointments are not required at our showrooms but are highly suggested. Appointments
are a great option if you would like to meet with the showroom salesman of your choice, although some builders have a dedicated salesman so that may influence who you eventually see. You’re more than welcome to come visit before your appointment day to get ideas and check out our selection of faucets and fixtures. We look forward to seeing you!

How do I request an appointment?

You can call in and speak with one of our receptionists or request an appointment on our
website. From our home page, select “request an appointment” and fill it out where applicable. Once you’ve requested an appointment, please give our staff up to 2 business days to reach out to you via email or phone call.

Are your showrooms open on Saturday?

Currently, neither of our showrooms are open on Saturdays. However, you are more than
welcome into either of our two sales counters open on Saturdays (Dothan-Main Store, and Eufaula) tosee what we have available in stock.
